3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by Armorhouse painting are based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions and additional work requested during the project. Armorhouse painting will inform the client of any changes in cost before proceeding with work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment methods accepted include [list accepted methods, such as credit card, check(no fees), Zelle]. We require 30% deposit and at completion the remaining balance late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring the area is free of obstacles that could interfere with the painting process. Armorhouse painting will not be responsible for damage to any personal property not removed prior to the start of the project.

6. Warranty

Armorhouse painting offers a warranty on all work completed, including a satisfaction guarantee for our painting services. The details of the warranty are provided in your contract or service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Armorhouse painting’s liability for any damages arising from the use of our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered. Armorhouse painting is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and images on this website, are owned by Armorhouse painting and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission from Armorhouse painting.
